RESOURCES and LINKS from this episode
Career readiness goes beyond the technical skills that help our students earn Industry Recognized Credentials. In today’s job market one area employers say applicants are lacking is in the area of “soft skills.” While the list of soft skills is wide ranging, some examples include things like being on time, dressing appropriately for the job, being collaborative, having strong oral and written language skills and being able to work across cultures.
Our first Career Technical Expo is set for March 27, 2019, at South High School. See the flyer.
